Innovation Connect (Xiamen) Technology Limited is a Sino-Israel joint venture focusing on the industrial and technical cooperation between China and Israel. The company aims to introduce Israel advanced technology and innovative talents into China and provide service for the local governments, industrial capital, technology enterprises, etc., facilitating the exchange of Sino-Israel innovation and providing them with internationalized professional services, thus, advancing their communication and cooperation in the field of science, technology, culture and business. In 2018, the company established a wholly-owned subsidiary, China-Israel Innovation Connect Ltd., in Tel Aviv, Israel. The subsidiary is dedicated to promoting Sino-Israel collaborative innovation and cooperation and is committed to the daily operation of Xiamen Overseas Talents (Israel) Workstation as well as the Office of Xiamen Torch High-tech Zone in Israel.

Innovare strives to build a service model of two-way incubation with Israeli technology, talents, capital and market. It focused on the establishment of a Sino-Israel collaborative innovation platform which integrates such functions as Israeli technology demonstration, achievement transformation, project incubation, fund investment, overseas mergers and acquisitions, business services, etc. The company, based in Xiamen, aims to spread its influence all over China. Currently, after nearly five years of construction and accumulation, Innovare has cooperated with over 200 Israeli science and technology enterprises, innovation institutions and signed partnership agreements accordingly. It owns over 400 cooperation projects of Israeli advanced technology and high-tech products which can be transferred and transformed in China. As a provider of precise and professional services targeting nearly 100 domestic leading enterprises, the company has now incubated up to 100 Sino-Israeli intended cooperation projects and successfully held above 50 technology projects’ exhibition, promotion and matchmaking events.

Innovare has built a professional and experienced team of more than twenty technical service staff, ten Israeli scientist consultants and dozens of Chinese experts. They are all proficient in the field of technology transfer, industry analysis, industrial economy, strategic planning, financial investment, etc. More than 80% of them have master's degrees or above, 50% have over 4 years of research experience in professional markets 30% have overseas education background.

Nowadays, it is essential to be further integrated into the global innovation system, expand the depth and breadth of international scientific and technological cooperation and build a platform effectively supporting the coordinated innovation development of regional internationalized cooperation projects. Thus, in 2019, guided and supported by Xiamen municipal government, Innovare fully deepened its cooperation with the Research Institute Haixi of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to jointly establish the Xiamen International Collaborative Innovation Center. Through the efficient integration and utilization of such resources as global innovation technology, national scientific research intelligence and regional advantageous industries, the company is devoted to promoting the effective integration and application between international innovation and regional industries and, summoning all the strength for further development.
